Private Lessons
- Weekly 30-minute lesson
- $20 per lesson
Studio Semester and Number of Lessons
- Fall/Spring Semesters are based on a 9-month calendar. Fall Semester has 13 lessons from September 14 – December 18 and the Spring Semester has 15 lessons beginning January 11 – May 7. Most studio breaks coincide with the USD #489 calendar with the following exceptions:
- October 12 (scheduled lesson)
- Martin Luther King Day, January 18 (scheduled lesson)
- President’s Day February 15 (scheduled lesson)
- Snow Days (no lesson – will be rescheduled)
Missed Lessons
- If a student will be missing their lesson for any reason, they need to inform me before the lesson by text or email.
- There are no reimbursements for missed lessons and tuition will not be adjusted unless the teacher cannot provide the promised number of lessons.
- Options for lesson make-up
- If my schedule allows, instructor will reschedule another time.
- A Facetime or Zoom session may be scheduled.
- At the end of each semester a make-up weekend will be offered.
Semester Tuition and Fees
- $20 per 30-minute lesson
- Fall Semester — $260 plus studio fee and books
- Spring Semester — $300 plus studio fee and books
- A $20 studio fee per semester (recital, incentives, copies, etc.)
- Payment Options
- Monthly: Invoice sent one week prior to the first of the month. Payment due at first lesson of each month.
- Semester: Invoice sent one week prior to the first lesson of the semester. Payment due at the first lesson.
- May be made in cash, check, bank transfer, or credit card (processing fee applies)
Recitals & Performance Opportunities
- To be Announced — Virtual or Scheduled to allow for social distancing.
Media Release
Photos of students and video and audio recordings of student projects and performances may be posted online and used by the instructor for promotional and workshop materials. Identifying information will be excluded or limited to first names only. Parents wishing to exempt their students from any published media may do so by providing a written exclusion request.
