Private Lessons
- Weekly 30-minute lesson
- $20 per lesson
Studio Semester and Number of Lessons
- Fall Semester has 15 lessons beginning August 30 – December 17. Most studio breaks coincide with the USD #489 calendar with the following exceptions:
- September 6 (no lesson)
- Snow Days (no lesson – will be rescheduled)
- September 30, October 1 (no lessons)
- September 13, October 29, November 1 (regular scheduled lessons)
Missed Lessons
- If a student will be missing their lesson for any reason, they need to inform me before the lesson by text or email.
- There are no reimbursements for missed lessons and tuition will not be adjusted unless the teacher cannot provide the promised number of lessons.
- Options for lesson make-up
- If my schedule allows, instructor will reschedule another time.
- A Zoom session may be scheduled.

Semester Tuition and Fees
- $20 per 30-minute lesson
- A $20 studio fee per semester (recital, incentives, copies, etc.)
- Payment Information
- Monthly: Invoice sent one week prior to the first of the month. Payment due at first lesson of each month.
- For your convenience, you may pay via credit card, Venmo (@Johnny-Matlock-2), check, or cash.

Media Release
Photos of students and video and audio recordings of student projects and performances may be posted online and used by the instructor for promotional and workshop materials. Identifying information will be excluded or limited to first names only. Parents wishing to exempt their students from any published media may do so by providing a written exclusion request.
